All client engagements are governed by a separate written agreement (project agreement, statement of work, or service contract). Contact form submissions and enquiries do not constitute a binding contract. VentraM Group reserves the right to accept or decline any project engagement at its discretion.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms, milestones, and schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Prices quoted in proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. VentraM Group accepts payment via bank transfer and other methods specified in the project agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) may be executed separately where required.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VentraM Group does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VentraM Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or our services.
